Localized Watering System

 

It is understood by localized watering that system that delivers water to one or more fixed points, generally as near as possible to plants’ roots in order to achieve a maximum gain and a minimum loss of water keeping the bulb zone constantly wet.

 

Regarding other watering systems, our system differs from others because:  

. Only a fraction of the soil becomes wet. 
. Small low-pressure flows are used.  
. Water loss is minimal and hence the savings are important. 
. Watering is done at high frequency.

 

According to the UNE watering materials standard, the watering drip system is carried out by means of watering drippers that supply water by the drop or in a continuous flow which is never more than 16 l / hour per dripper or by meter of watering dripping hose.
